Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bd9com ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing the bd9com website at https://bd9com.app, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using bd9com and close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

bd9com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an on-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

bd9com is strictly an adult platform. To register and use any part of the bd9com service — including free-play or demo modes — you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active bd9com account at any time. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

If bd9com discovers, at any point, that a registered user was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any time during their use of the platform, bd9com will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and return any net deposits made by the underage user. No bonus funds, winnings, or promotional credits accumulated during the period of underage use will be paid out under any circumstances.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on bd9com, you must complete the account registration process. During registration you will be required to provide personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. All fields marked as required must be completed accurately and honestly.

bd9com applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all registered accounts. This process may require you to submit copies of one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are approved or at any time bd9com deems verification necessary:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. bd9com will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Deposits & Withdrawals

bd9com processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support a range of local payment methods to make funding your account and receiving your winnings as convenient as possible for players across Bangladesh.

The following payment methods are currently accepted on bd9com:

• Mobile Money: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are supported for both deposits and withdrawals. Mobile money transactions are typically processed within 30 seconds for deposits and within 24 hours for withdrawals.

bd9com does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control. Players are encouraged to check with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

In the event that a deposit is made and subsequently identified as originating from a fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment instrument, bd9com reserves the right to immediately freeze the account, reverse any outstanding balance to the originating payment method where technically possible, and report the incident to relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

bd9com offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. The general principles applicable to all bd9com bonuses are set out below, and they supplement — not replace — the specific terms of each individual offer.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players only. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, each bonus is available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x). • Abuse: bd9com reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, through collusion, or through any form of advantage play that exploits promotional mechanics.

User Obligations

By using bd9com, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations are binding on every registered user of the platform:

• Accurate Information: You must provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information in your account profile. You must update your registered details promptly if any information changes.
• Prohibited Activities: You must not use bd9com to engage in money laundering, fraud, collusion with other players, or any other illegal activity. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or interfere with the platform's integrity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

• Single Account: You are permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account. If you discover that you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must notify bd9com support immediately so that the duplicate can be closed.

Intellectual Property

• Use any bd9com trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that implies association, endorsement, or sponsorship without explicit written approval.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape the bd9com website or its content on any third-party site or application.

Game content available through bd9com — including titles provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the exclusive intellectual property of the respective game studios. bd9com accesses this content under licence agreements with each provider. Users acquire no ownership rights over any game content by virtue of playing it on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd9com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or anticipated savings;

• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Loss arising from internet connectivity failures, mobile network disruptions, or device malfunctions on your side.

bd9com's total aggregate liability to any individual user, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits bd9com's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bd9com account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request from a verified account holder, bd9com will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure — net of active bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements — will be returned to your verified payment method.

bd9com also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Terms Violation: Any breach of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Underage Gambling: If it is determined that the account holder was under 18 at any point during their use of the platform.
• AML Concerns: If bd9com's anti-money laundering monitoring identifies suspicious transaction patterns that cannot be satisfactorily explained by the account holder.
• Chargebacks: If the account holder initiates a chargeback or payment dispute in relation to any deposit made to bd9com, the account will be suspended pending investigation.
• Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bd9com will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy to the balance.
• Self-Exclusion Request: If you request self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting support, your account will be closed for the selected period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take effect immediately upon confirmation.

Amendments to These Terms

bd9com reserves the right to amend, update, replace, or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed prominently at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes.

Where a change to these Terms is deemed material — that is, where it meaningfully alters the rights or obligations of registered users — bd9com will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. For non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the intent of a clause, or additions of new payment methods), updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of bd9com following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any revised provision, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. They supersede all previous versions of the bd9com Terms & Conditions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
